      For Numerator condition, 

      Immunization administered - considers Relevant Datetime for 2021 (previously considering effective value)

      Procedure Performed           - considers Relevant Datetime for 2021 (previously considering effective low/high time)

      Assessment Performed         - considers Relevant Datetime for 2021 (previously considering Author Date time)

       

       With Reference to  QKI-2  ,

      Note: The numerator timeframe is from August of prior year through March of current year.

      1.  For Immunization administered - if Relevant Datetime is not available, is it valid to say its failed (since this QDM type does not support relevant period)? Or should we consider effective value instead?

            From QDM5.5 Table14, for "Immunization administered" Supports following timing attributes-  Relevant dateTime,  Author dateTime. 

      2. Procedure Performed  - if Relevant Datetime is not available, is it valid to consider effective low time instead? 

            From QDM5.5 Table21, for "Procedure Performed " Supports following timing attributes-  Relevant dateTime, Relevant Period, Author dateTime.

      3. Assessment Performed  - if Relevant Datetime is not available, is it valid to consider  Author Date time? or  effective low time instead?  

             From QDM5.5 Table5, for "Assessment Performed  " Supports following timing attributes- Relevant dateTime, Relevant Period, Author dateTime.
