Several CONF numbers in the QRDA III base Schematron rules file do NOT match the text in the Implementation guide. The following lists some of those:

The following CONFs display errors that do not match the documentation, are incomplete, or have wrong CONFs numbers returned:

Note that some of the preceding error mismatches are have the text "urn:oid" inserted in the error message; however, this is NOT shown in the implementation guide. Also, some messages have "Note:" in the message but that is not shown in the IG.

The following CONFs not working as expected:
CONF:711213 - returns CONF10725 instead
CONF:17897 - does not fire when "Text" sections are removed are more than one is added.
CONF:10707 - returns "validate_TIN_format" rule error rather than a CONF number.
