We have a question for this eVTE-2 case. The patient passed in Epic (Numerator). But the patient failed in CMS test submission (NUMERATOR NOT MET: Patient failed to meet criteria to be included in the numerator population). We were wondering if someone could review it for us.

The patient passed in Epic because they have both:

• Order on 4/8 documenting Reason for No VTE pharmacologic prophylaxis, AND
• Documentation on 4/8 and 4/9 of intermittent pneumatic device applied.

On our review so far, mappings look correct for the corresponding SNOMED concepts.  Is there something missing in this different scenario from the QRDA perspective?
