QRDA III Gender

      Hi,

       

      I have seen some EHR's that allow an option of 'UNKNOWN' as the Gender to be selected in addition to 'Male' and 'Female'. In the QRDA III file, for supplemental data, we know gender has only 'Male' and 'Female' and their counts are expected. 

      How should the 'UNKNOWN' aspect be handled?
