Is it mandatory to write only one attribute that is either Author dateTime or Relevant Period/Relevant dateTime for Negation datatypes

      Hi Team,

      While performing the cypress validation for Device Not Applied having both Author dateTime and Relevant Period/Relevant dateTime attribute together in QRDA1 file , we observed that the cypress is not throwing any error currently.

      As per the excerpt from the  latest HL7 Implementation Guide
      HL7 CDA R2: QRDA I, R1, STU Release 5.2, US Realm, Vol. 2 , For Device, Not Applied use the Author dateTime attribute and must not use the Relevant Period/Relevant dateTime attribute. Please find the attached screen shot for your reference.
       

      Please let us know is it mandatory to write only one attribute that is either Author dateTime or Relevant Period/Relevant dateTime for Negation datatypes.
