Unable to upload eCQM into Bonnie

      For some reasons, I am unable to upload my eCQM into Bonnnie due to the following error shown in a popup window after the MAT/HARP integration last night. I am sure that all the value sets I am using have been published in VSAC. Please advise.

      VSAC value sets could not be loaded
      Option:include_draft requires :profile to be provided.
      This may be due to lack of VSAC authoring permission if you are requesting draft value sets. Please confirm you have the appropriate authoring permission.
