On our QI-Core v6.0.0 FHIR measures we have found that if we insert JSON logic into all of the test cases for SDE Sex then coverage falls to 99% and the null logic associated with SDE Sex is not highlighted.  If we leave one test without any SDE Sex logic in it, the coverage is 100%.  Please see attached document for screenshots.  If we insert the logic but leave the valueCode blank it does not pass the FHIR validator.  Please advise as to the correct way to test the null logic associated with SDE Sex.  We have entered the Core Clinical Data Elements for the Hybrid Hospital Wide All Condition All Procedure Risk Standardized Mortality Measure HWMFHIR measure information but it is affecting all FHIR measures.
