Request adding 2 code systems to the MADiE tool

      According to QI-Core v6.0.0, Principal Diagnosis and Principal Procedure are modeled using the claim profile, where 2 code systems "Diagnosis Type" and "Procedure Type" need to included in the measures.. And we noticed that those 2 code systems are currently unavailable for access in MADiE, as the error msgs are attached.
      According to eCQM User Group call on 2/11, we request to add two code systems to the MADiE code system document to support QI-Core v6.0.0 measure creation and testing.
