      Hi there,

      Our team has specified a new eCQM using QDM version 5.6 and tested it in Bonnie. We would now like to create a FHIR version of the specifications. However, when we tried to utilize the "Convert to FHIR" feature in the MAT, the conversion report reported a single severe error: "Could not find library MATGlobalCommonFunctionsQDMFHIR4 8.0.000".

      Looking at the CQL code, it seems that there are two different Global libraries populating, despite only the version 7.0 Global library being entered under the "Includes" tab.

      Could you please provide guidance on how we can best resolve this issue in order to update the measure to FHIR?

      Below is a screenshot of the CQL Library Editor where it shows that there are two Global libraries listed.
