QRDA 1 validation Error: Valuesets in file not in measures tested

      As per the latest specifications for QRDA 1 (MU3), I have provided right sdtc:valueSet for "Intervention Performed" and "Encounter Performed" but still I am getting error as shown in attachment.

      I have attached the screenshot showing the options I choose in the Validation utility and the error I came across.

      My question is
      1) How can I resolve the error?
      2) Is Cypress Validation utility has not yet updated for MU3 ?
