Undefined Method error on QRDA I for Measure 22

      We are receiving an "Undefined Method" error on some of the QRDA I for Measure 22. There does not seem to any issue with the QRDAs themselves. We can remove 1 template and it will pass through without receiving this error, but it does not matter which template is removed. This is the full error:

      Error: undefined method `[]=' for nil:NilClass
