While trying to validate our QRDA III files on the site you developed, we're receiving a submission error stating "Reported Measurement Period should start on 20170101". I believe this to be incorrect, as clinicians can choose to report data for the entire year, 90 days or less than 90 days. The dates we're using are 20171002 - 20171231. Could you please provide some feedback on this?

We're validating against: 2016 Bundle for the 2017 Reporting Period, MIPS Individual and QRDA Cat III (R2.1).
