Please refer to CQM-3529 issue that was recently closed as this question builds off of your response of exclusions of VTE conditions. Re; VTE-2 Why are the following two codes (ICD T82.868A and I74) not in the value set for VTE to originally exclude the case. (patient had claudication and had a principle diagnosis of thrombus within a stent graft body (iliac) and was placed on a heparin premix solution that wasn't in the anticoagulation value set (per your response to CQM 3529).
