There is a CMS document titled "CLINICAL QUALITY MEASURES FINALIZED FOR ELIGIBLE HOSPITALS AND CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITALS BEGINNING WITH FY 2014" (located at: http://www.cms.gov/Regulations-and-Guidance/Legislation/EHRIncentivePrograms/Downloads/2014_CQM_EH_FinalRule.pdf) that provides the name of the corresponding chart-abstracted Core Measure in the 4th column titled "Measure Title". We noticed that on page 13 CMS32 is identified as corresponding to "ED-3", however no such measure exists to the best of our knowledge. Rather, we think that CMS32 corresponds to OP-18b. Please help us understand why CMS32 references ED-3 as we have received similar queries from our constituent hospitals.
