Encounter Diagnosis error msg in json file

      Receiving an error msg when testing encounter diagnosis.

      interestingly, when replacing diagnosis code and display with 788891004 "Chronic pain after cancer treatment (finding)", this error msg is gone.

      1. Tested a couple of codes from value set "Atrial Fibrillation or Flutter" OID: 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.246, the same error msg will trigger same error msg

      2. Do the data elements labeled as "Must be Supported" have to be present in the json file even the cardinality as 0..1 such as AssertedDate, ClinicalStatus, etc? Or they are optional if the cardinality is 0..1/0..*?
